Virtual Twin Simulators:

Our Virtual Life Management technology is used to activate a customized software solution of your product – a Virtual Twin product simulator. By combining digital disciplines such as CAD schematics, FEA models, material physics and data-driven in-field statistics, VEXTEC is able to produce a “soft copy” of a component, a complex system, or even an entire product line or fleet, even before they’re ever built.

The Virtual Twin simulators are configured to predict product durability under varying material processing, design configuration, and in-service conditions. Before ever building a physical product or prototype, you can now use a Virtual Twin simulator to isolate the factors that determine component or fleet durability, identify the properties of new, higher performance materials, accelerate new product development by reducing the reliance on physical tests, and understand the lifetime costs as well as you already understand as-manufactured cost.

Your hands on use of a Virtual Twin running via cloud computing.

Our clients are as involved in simulator configuration process as they want to be. Once activated, you can access your Virtual Twin simulator through a dedicated web portal. Cloud computing will enable you to make an unlimited number of virtual trade studies in minutes of processing time.

Whether used in the product design and development stage, or to accurately forecast total lifecycle costs, Virtual Twin Simulators deliver tremendous ROI. Your Virtual Twin simulator faithfully represents real life physical attributes; including how the fleet is expected to perform in-service – even as your in-service fleet ages. Once online, VEXTEC will continuously update your Virtual Twin as you collect additional test or in-service usage information. It is an ever evolving digital softcopy of your physical manufactured product.

Virtual Twin™ features can be re-used for multiple products.

VEXTEC’s subscription pricing model allows our clients to build up a library of standardized templates that they may reuse over and over. Whether this is a minor revision to an existing Virtual Twin or a new product that will incorporate the same processed material used within a previously activated Virtual Twin, once the feature is in the template library maintained by VEXTEC, it can be redeployed at no additional charge.
